Duplex System :
Most of our lampshades are fitted with an extremely functional duplex system that works with all UNO (E27/E14) fittings that allows you to easily convert between a hanging pendant and standing lamps. Our sit-on system makes the swapping of lampshades an effortless affair that can be completed in a matter of seconds. Lampshade carriers required.

Standard E27 utility ring :
The most common type of fitting that has an E27 holder fused to either the top or bottom ring of the lampshade. If you selecting fabric with an 'upright' manner, it will have to be decided from the very beginning if the lampshade shall be used for a hanging or standing lamp. Such lampshades are fixed and cannot be swapped between hanging and standing functions.
